I’m a regular mom who felt lost after my first baby and wanted to feel confident but didn’t know where to start. I needed something realistic when the odds seemed to be against me. I did a lot of research and created a simple way to get fit that totally worked. My processes are grounded in reality and may not be perfect, but are sustainable and doable. I fell in love with filling my body with nutrient rich foods and getting results was so much easier than I thought it would be. I had to share, so I wrote down what I ACTUALLY ate and what was ACTUALLY realistic. I created something that other busy women could easily follow along with.
