Through my fitness journey, I have found so many fun and simple ways to get a workout in. Working out doesn’t have to be complicated or inconvenient, all you need is yourself and some space to move! I wanted to share this easy leg workout with you all that I love to use to help tone and define my legs. This is a perfect exercise for all of you pregnant momma’s out there (I am just going off of what feels good right now and these left me sore in my legs without feeling uncomfortable in the belly!) and for anyone else looking for easy no equipment workouts! Here is the breakdown: 1. 20 squats
2.20 walking lunges
3. 20 sumo squats (toes out!)
4. 30 second – 1 minutes wall sit
Repeat this workout 3-4x resting for 1 minute in-between sets and then celebrate because your legs are going to be looking as good as ever!
Since becoming pregnant I have been needing some new sports bras! I found this bra at Victoria secret, I love how comfortable and soft it feels! I also love these workout pants! They’re the align pant from lululemon and I got them 2 sizes bigger than what I normally wear.
I have gotten a lot of questions recently about working out while pregnant. I do recommend talking to your doctor, but I am glad I have been able to share one workout I have been doing during my pregnancy with you all.
