No equipment leg Workout to music

I love using music to keep the pace of the reps of intervals.  Here is a leg circuit you can do to the song “Stay” by Zedd and Alessia Cara.  Change the move when the music changes.  do this 4 times and you will be feeling the burn!

 

Forgive the awkward partying in between!  I can’t help it 🙂
